Sitting on the beach:
This is just a little bit about our condo.While you are relaxing and enjoying our 3rd floor balcony you will feel like the waves are coming at you while the dolphins put a show on for you. In the evening you will see the sun set as the tide comes in. Its just a little of heaven we would like to share with you.If you have had enough food and relaxation go out turn right and second door on right and work out. There is all the work out equipment you will need with the sauna and steam room and if that is not enough go to 1st floor and enjoy the indoor or outdoor hot tubs along with the indoor and outdoor pool.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full size stove, microwave, all the dishes you will need for your stay, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The dining area has a large table that will sit 6 and bar stools to sit 2 for a total of 8.
The living room has a large TV, DVD player, hideaway bed in the sofa, and just a great place to relax.
The front bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, DVD player. and sliding glass doors to the balcony.
Back bedroom has a TV, DVD player and a full size bed with a door going to the other bathroom.
Utility Room has washer and dryer for your convenience.
We feel like you will enjoy the stay in our condo just like if you where at your own home.

Year Purchased: 2003
I started a construction company about 45 yrs ago and now I am semi retired and my son runs the company now. I like to fish and hunt and go to Alabama football games, Roll Tide Roll. I have been married to a wonderful lady 46 years. We love to travel and take our dachshund Abby with us everywhere. We have three children and five grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Island Royale
I chose this location because of the clean beaches and great seafood. This condo is convenient to shopping, fun activities for the whole family and restaurants. It is right on the beach with a great view of the ocean.
