  My husband and I have stayed in both your condos for several years. I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate your hospitality and sharing these beautiful units with us. They are always so clean and look so nice every time we come. Rob and Cindy are such gracious hosts and always go beyond our expectations. We love the new King Beds in all the bedrooms this year. I was quite surprised with the last review as we have never had any issues with either unit. Please do not ever stop renting these. We always feel like they are our home away from home. • Good location with unexpected problems

  The condo was conviently located near the strip in Branson. The pictures that are shown in this add are not of the condo we stayed and are not similar to the second condo. The condo not shown is outdated with a dark green carpet, decent wicker furniture, and reaks of cigarette smoke. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan with 1 light working and no chain to turn the lights off and keep the fan on. The comforters were so thin that it didn't keep us warm with the cold weather and the towels should be replaced or the guest should bring their own. As another review stated, the dining table only seats 4 and we had 4 adults and 2 children needing to use it so we couldn't eat together in the condo. The fans must be cleaned before anyone using this condo again. Upon arriving, we had to open several windows and then we had to go to Walmart to get air fresheners and plug-ins to at least eliminate some of the smoke smell. I was disappointed to have been charged extra per night because the condo sleeps 6 and we had 7 since we brought 4 adults, a 5 year old, a 2 year old, and a 7 month old baby who was in a pack and play. If I was a smoker, I probably would not have been bothered by the smell and would recommend it to other travelers but I don't smoke and so I wouldn't recommend this condo to anyone that doesn't smoke. Verify that you are renting the condo pictured as it looks very nice if you chose to rent this listing.

  Owner response: I do not have much experience with this kind of review as you can tell from all of our other reviews we have had a almost straight 5 star rating for over three years, but will do my best here. I am disappointed for our vacationers that they did not call us so we could have addressed these issues right away. We have a smoke free condo and if they were smelling anything it had to be trace smells from the condo right below as I do know these owners are heavy smokers. I could have had the light switch fixed as well. However, I am sorry but I could not have not done anything with the carpet haha. This is the first time my unit has been called dated so I really am not sure to how I could fix this. We maintain 2 of these condos at this rate for up to six people so that families may come and enjoy Branson and it be very affordable. We are sorry they did not enjoy their stay.

  Condo is in a wonderful location with easy access to shows yet it is away from the crowd. Plenty of room for 6 adults and love the 3 bathrooms. We traveled with family from Texas and Oklahoma and a great time was had by all. Our condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The condo could use some updating - linens, new coffee pot and a few small things like that but for the price you can't beat this deal. You will probably have to make a trip to WalMart for some items but that really isn't a deal breaker. We would definitely return to this condo with no hesitation. One last thing - I HIGHLY recommend that you see the show SIX - it is definitely worth the money.

  The location was perfect and the price couldn't be beat. Condo was close to the 76 "strip" and convenient to Silver Dollar City and the Showboat Branson Belle. Size of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Only major complaint we had is that we did not get the condo pictured which had 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, the large leather sectional and dining table with 6 chairs. The condo we got could comfortably seat only 4 adults in the living room and the dining table only had 4 chairs. We had 5 adults in our party. Additionally, only 1 of the bedrooms had a king sized bed so one of the two couples in the party was not very happy about having to sleep in a queen size bed. Unfortunately, I did not think to specifically ask which condo we would be getting. Only other minor complaints is that we had no kleenex or bath soap anywhere in the condo so we went out and bought some along with dishwashing liquid (which ran out the 1st day because there was almost none in the bottle); and, some of the lamps were missing light bulbs. Nevertheless, our stay was enjoyed by all and we would definitely rent again (but ask for the condo shown).

  Our stay in Branson was excellent. The condo was everything and more than you could ever want. My 17 old son LOVED the upstairs area to himself. The condo was very clean and well kept up. It was in a good area. The screened in back porch over looking the water was BEAUTIFUL!!! There was so much room you didn't know what to do with it all. You wasn't on top of each other which we really liked. The master bedroom was really big. The closet had plenty of space and the whirlpool bathtub was relaxing. It was nice having three bathrooms in the condo. We would for sure stay in this condo again. I give it an A+ A+ A+. Cindy, Thanks for a GREAT stay!!!!

  This condo is in a great location and is convenient to everything in Branson. The only complaints I have is that the Wifi did not work even after calling the owner to get the password as there were no instructions there; some of the towels were a little rough (needed some fabric softener); the shower doors need to be replaced as they are hard to open and shut; and there is no landline phone which wasn't a problem for my group but may be for some. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property for a family or a group of friends.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We do not provide actual wi-fi in the unit as explained in the listing but have not had any complaints from picking it up off of the club house. Sorry for any inconvenience.   Our family reserved this condo and stayed here for a weekend. Overall a very nice, spacious condo for a super price. I would recommend it. The condo that the owners actually put us in was not exactly like the one pictured as the furniture was different but the layout was the same. It was a very large condo and had three separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom which was nice for this group. The condo we were in had 1 king and 2 queen beds but it worked well for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall unit was very clean. The screened in porch was also very nice. This condo had several steps to climb up with luggage but we are all able bodied so no issues. We used the outdoor hot tub at the complex but did not check out the indoor pool. We enjoyed the Fall Festival at Silver Dollar City which is a great time to visit SDC. They have some roller coasters and other rides that our teenagers enjoyed and also lots of crafts to see or purchase. I like to watch the glass blowers and the lumberjack show was different as well. We also had to ride some of the go karts and my son and husband did the Ozark Skycoaster which is a drop from 100 feet. The condo we were in had a DVD player and a tv in each bedroom as well as the living room. The living room tv was not large but we only watched a movie one night are many other things to do in the Branson area. We ate dinner at Florentina's restaurant- it was about a 30 minute wait but the food was worth the wait. Excellent. The only negative on Branson is the traffic as it is bumper to bumper on the main 76 highway but the good thing about this condo is that it is off the main traffic route so if you want to stay out of the traffic you can.

  The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is great and only a couple of minutes from all of the action. Can't wait till next year for our next visit.

  we enjoyed staying in your condo very much. especially loved the sun deck and the pool was very close to the condo. the kids enjoyed the game room. would stay there again if i get a chance.

  I really enjoyed my stay here, the condo was nicely furnished and large enough for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes & cookingware.Very convenient to shopping and also Silver Dollar City. We plan on staying here again :)
