Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2008
We go back and forth from Colorado to Costa Rica with our two daughters who spent much of their lives in Costa Rica. Bart has a Costa Ballena Real Estate Business and Kim began the first library in the area!
Why the Owner Chose Ojochal
With the perfect private property and location, close to the beach, and services we decided to rent our house when we go traveling ourselves. We have had only positive reviews and experiences from our guests!
The Unique Benefits of this House
You can not see our house from the road. You enter our electric security gate from a concrete drive and inside the grounds are nothing but nature, plants trees and privacy. We are an easy 3 minutes to the paved Pacific Coast Road and walking distance to restaurants and bakery. No one can see in our property and you are surrounded by jungle on you own private, hill-top-ridge-line.

No words can thank you enough for the amazing experience at Casa Palma! Your views of the Pacific Ocean and the jungle covered mountains are awesome. The blue morpho butterflies, the scarlet macaws and parrots are breathtaking...we'll be back sooner than you think.
