There are friendly neighbors and a vacant lot to the rear which is also part of the property. It offers added privacy and a large area for outdoor games. The area is very quiet providing a perfect atmosphere for evening walks or bike rides.
There are 30 lakes within 30 miles of the house. The first being only 1/2 mile away. The ski resort is approximately 30 miles away. This area is NOT suitable for loud late night parties.
