Why the Owner Chose Bandon
We chose to build in this location because of the incredible views of the ocean, the sky, the trees and the State Park right next door. Public beach access is a leisurely 3 minute walk from the house. The state park is just across the street and has flat, easy access to the beach.

Some of the highlights of the area include the Bandon Dunes Golf Courses, which contain 2 of the best Links courses in the world, and Bandon Crossing Golf Course just south of Bandon provide a variety of golfing experiences. Horse back riding is available just 2 blocks away for incredible rides on the beach. Bandon State Park contains 25 miles of unspoiled, pristine habitat for endangered shore birds and incredible shell and agate hunting. By exploring the many tide pools at low tide, once can discover a whole range of sea life that is both colorful and unique.

This home was designed and custom built by us for one purpose - a vacation get-away at the beach. After spending 20 years traveling to the Oregon coast, we decided Bandon was the most beautiful place we had found. We wanted to share our experience with others and hope that you find the same tranquility that we experience at the Bandon Beach House. Spectacular water and woodland views are what sold us on the property, and the views and serenity of the area are what keep us coming back. This house was absolutely amazing!!! It was gorgeous and had everything we needed, not to mention we were able to bring our dog. We will stay here every time we visit Bandon. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house with us!

The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, close to town and the Bandon Dunes golf course. The house itself was immaculate, well-maintained – elegant, yet comfortable, and provided stunning views of the ocean. There were six humans and two dogs that shared the place, but it could easily accommodate 10 people. After going our separate ways – walks on the beach, a round of golf, shopping in Bandon, etc., it was wonderful to come back to the house and spend a relaxing evening with friends. It was a perfect place to get together with friends. I'm hoping to reserve this house next summer for a family gathering.
