This 2,700+ sq ft Sheek Beach Cottage is located in the Private Seacrest Beach North Community, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. This community has wonderful amenities that include a 12,000 sq ft lagoon style pool with waterfalls and two bath houses. "A Gift From The Sea" is minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches. Take advantage of the free tram service to and from the beach (from March 12th-October 4th). The great shops and restaurants of Rosemary and Alys Beach are just a bike ride away. Enjoy the many outdoor activities this area has to offer.
This home is fabulously decorated and has had very little usage. First floor is spacious with high ceilings, large living area and fully equipped kitchen with wrap around bar. French doors open out from the living room to the screened in porch which offers a sitting area, dining table and outdoor kitchen. Master Suite has its own balcony, large walk in closet, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom off living area has bunk beds and desk for any necessary work. Wireless internet is also available throughout. Second floor boasts two large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.
