At this Firebird Townhome, all you need to do is pack up your suitcase and come enjoy the comforts of home in this new beautifully decorated two bedroom two and a half bath townhome located in Myrtle Beach. This getaway is just 2 blocks from the ocean (very easy walk with easy access to the beach) and close to many attractions. Feel right at home and enjoy High Speed Internet Access, Central Heat and Air, Full Kitchen with Microwave, 3 TVs, 1 DVD Player, with movies, full size Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans and easy convenient On-site parking for your convenience. You can back right up to the front door and easily unload and be on the beach in 5 minutes. The townhome also has beach chairs and umbrella provided in the storage closet located outside on the back patio deck.
This home is brand new with all new furniture, mattresses, bed covers and sheets. Just purchased and decorated in July of 2009. This is a non-smoking unit and does not allow pets/animals in the unit. The home has one Master bedroom with a king bed and private bath upstairs with plenty of closet and dresser space. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom. This room also has an extra large dresser and closet providing plenty of space for clothes. The downstairs offers a queen sleeper sofa that can be easily pulled out into a queen bed to sleep two. This unit will easily sleep 7 adults.
Linen sheets are provided as well as bathroom towels and wash clothes.

My name is Richard and I own two townhouses in Firebird Townhomes. I purchased my personal Townhome and enjoyed the location and area so much that I decided to purchase another unit for rental (especially since everyone kept wanting to rent my unit). Unit 15 was purchased in late 2009 and furnished with all new furniture, applicances and accessories.
I live in Winston-Salem, NC and own and operate a Technology Consulting Services company. We try to make it to the beach as frequent as possible as we love the long weekends.

The townhouse is very clean, well maintained and easily accessible to the beach (very short walk). We highly recommend. The location is close to many of our favorite places. It is in a quiet area/neighborhood. We enjoy coming to stay every year and look forward to our next vacation!

My family spent spring break at a very nice townhome. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. The home is walking distance to the beach, and has full usage of the Grand Atlantic Resort amenities. My twin boys ( 17 ) enjoyed the close proximity of the miniature golf and ice cream shop to this location. You could spend less and stay in a cramped hotel room, but the spaciousness of this rental is well worth it.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Dear Richard I just wanted to email you to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful time staying in your townhome. The townhome was beautiful and better than any high rise oceanfront hotel that we have ever stayed in. The walk to the beach was better and quicker than waiting for an elevator and it was so nice to be in a place that had room to spread out. Suites in hotels are nice but very small with no comfort especially when traveling with teens. We will be recommending your home to our friends and relatives. Can't wait until next year's vacation. PS we also loved being able to park right next to the door and not have to worry if we'd be able to find a parking space. Take Care Michelle I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation in MB. Very very clean, comfortable furniture and had all the comforts of home including tp, paper towels, etc. Everything was perfect!

We loved the townhouse. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was in close proximity and the beach was a very short, easy walk. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning!

This townhouse is in a great location for a beach vacation. The accommadations are first class and everything you will need is there. It has a fresh appearance and I liked it because it has no smoking and no pets, thereby my allergies should not give me any trouble.

I stayed in this Townhome in July 09. The unit is new, clean, has nice furniture and decorated nicely for a vacation home. The location is excellent and a easy walk to the beach with plenty of fast food restaurants for the kids to walk to and enjoy things while staying in the unit. I have two teenage kids and we brought bicycles which they peedled everywhere. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. We plan to stay at this unit again. Can not beat the price for the location and the amenities. This unit has everything you could want and I enjoyed being able to park up front and never worry about a parking space or hauling luggage. Plan to book a place in 2010.
