  This is a very comfortable and well equipped townhouse. Stayed two months last winter and have booked again for 2013. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious. Owner very helpful.

  The townhouse is very clean, well maintained and easily accessible to the beach (very short walk). We highly recommend. The location is close to many of our favorite places. It is in a quiet area/neighborhood. We enjoy coming to stay every year and look forward to our next vacation!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay in your townhouse. The location is excellent and we found everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we go to Myrtle Beach!

  My family spent spring break at a very nice townhome. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. The home is walking distance to the beach, and has full usage of the Grand Atlantic Resort amenities. My twin boys ( 17 ) enjoyed the close proximity of the miniature golf and ice cream shop to this location. You could spend less and stay in a cramped hotel room, but the spaciousness of this rental is well worth it.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Just a short note to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed your condo, it had everthing you could possibly need and then some .It was clean very comfortable ,plus a great location. I always dont look for the lowest price,but more so look for value ,which your condo is great value .Thanks for thr use of your condo. Elroy

  Dear Richard I just wanted to email you to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful time staying in your townhome. The townhome was beautiful and better than any high rise oceanfront hotel that we have ever stayed in. The walk to the beach was better and quicker than waiting for an elevator and it was so nice to be in a place that had room to spread out. Suites in hotels are nice but very small with no comfort especially when traveling with teens. We will be recommending your home to our friends and relatives. Can't wait until next year's vacation. PS we also loved being able to park right next to the door and not have to worry if we'd be able to find a parking space. Take Care Michelle I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation in MB. Very very clean, comfortable furniture and had all the comforts of home including tp, paper towels, etc. Everything was perfect!

  We loved the townhouse. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was in close proximity and the beach was a very short, easy walk. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning!

  This townhouse is in a great location for a beach vacation. The accommadations are first class and everything you will need is there. It has a fresh appearance and I liked it because it has no smoking and no pets, thereby my allergies should not give me any trouble.

  I stayed in this Townhome in July 09. The unit is new, clean, has nice furniture and decorated nicely for a vacation home. The location is excellent and a easy walk to the beach with plenty of fast food restaurants for the kids to walk to and enjoy things while staying in the unit. I have two teenage kids and we brought bicycles which they peedled everywhere. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. We plan to stay at this unit again. Can not beat the price for the location and the amenities. This unit has everything you could want and I enjoyed being able to park up front and never worry about a parking space or hauling luggage. Plan to book a place in 2010.
