On a cliff overlooking Rio Del Mar beach, sits this Spanish style home built in the ‘20s, with unobstructed views as far as the eye can see — from Monterey to Pleasure Point.
With 2,600 square feet of living space, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 6 - 8 people. In addition to the spacious indoors, there is a large deck area with three separate spaces for eating and lounging. The view from the deck is one of the best in the area, you will want to spend all your time outdoors. An an extra amenity, there is a hot tub situated on the deck, the perfect place to enjoy the incredible view.
The kitchen is bright and airy with light streaming in from large skylights. There are two breakfast bars at either end of the kitchen which is a great feature for entertaining. Two large family rooms are located on either side of the kitchen, both with French doors opening to the outside, which also allow for the view to be seen from the inside no matter where you are.
This home has high beamed ceilings and lots of windows which create a bright and airy atmosphere. There is carpet in most rooms and tile in the kitchen.
Ideally, we would like to rent our home to a families that would like to visit regularly.

Five minute walk to the Rio Del Mar and Seacliff State Beach with miles and miles of sand and bluffs.
Nearby walks in the redwoods of Nisene state park with 10,000 acres of rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet.
