Small private patio with gas grill and lounging for 2 people maximum. Street parking, no washer / dryer, no smoking on premises.

Why the Owner Chose Boulder
The Historic District is so close to Pearl Street and downtown, however our area is cozy, and has a residential atmosphere, you get the best of both worlds.

Boulder Creek and the bike path are close. You really don't need a car once you are here, Pearl Street offers everything you need in terms of dining, coffee houses, music, and Pearl Street, I love the changing flowers and strolling, no cars, what a relief!
Mt. Sanitas offers easy and challenging hiking trails. Just a 15 minute walk. Boulder's commitment to Open Space is represented in this amazing park.
