15 Oliver Street is a comfortable, classic Edgartown house. Upstairs there are three bathrooms and a bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a queen, and a bedroom with three twins and a bunk bed. Downstairs there are 1.5 bathrooms, two bedrooms with queens and a bedroom with two twins. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. The spacious dining room and living room each have a working fireplace. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs.
The screened porch is large and comfortable. There is also an uncovered outdoor deck. There is outdoor furniture on both the screened porch and the deck. The yard is very private and is large enough for a tent for a small wedding. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the harbor, lighthouse, beaches, shops, restaurants, movie theatre, etc.

Our family gathered at the home for an outdoor wedding - the owner was most helpful and acommodating to having a tent for the weding reception erected in the yard.The home is exactly as described.The kitchen has every possible cooking pan with plenty of counter space to spread things out on. The dining room is large and can accoodate all. The home is full of quiet places to take yourself for reading with a glass of wine or ice tea.If the weather is nice, the large deck off the back of the home provides plenty of sushine. For rainer or cloudy days there is the screened porch. For those who want to go to a movie or resturant Edgartown center is only a 5 minute walk. There is also busstop that covers the island within 5 mins. so no car is really necessary. As for the beach, Light House Beach can be walked to where you can relax and watch the boats coming into the harbor.Great location for all ages to keep busy! Hope you have the opportunity to enjoy this great large comfortable home! *********Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rates
June 21 - August 2 .. $6000/week Before June 21 and after September 13 .. $4200/week In addition to the rates above, there is a $500 security deposit. Rent includes normal cleaning at the end of your stay. The cost of unusual cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. House is not available November - April. Rentals are from Friday to Friday.
