The perfect house for the perfect ocean view

We stayed 5 nights and were wowed by how the home fit the rock on which it sits. It has a beautiful kitchen that you can cook from while being with the family or watching the surf hit the interesting rocks below. Every room has a view of the ocean and is quite large. There are bunk beds for children, a lovers nest above the two car garage and a great room that can be intimate or large enough for a crowd. Everything is new and clean. There were plenty of clean towels and sheets with T-fal cookware large enough to feed 12. I will put this place on my list of homes to return to with friends or future grandchildren.

FANTASTIC CRABBING VACATION

Family reunion during the opening of crabbing season. Family loved the view from the kitchen and bedrooms! During our three day stay we enjoyed the changing ocean waves during both sunny and stormy days and nights. Wonderful to leave your windows open to hear the waves at night! We plan to return again soon! Would recommend it to anyone wishing a memorable stay on the ocean.

My family and I were in Crescent City for parents 50th Anniversary celebration and this vacation home shines from the inside out! Very clean and has all the amenities you would need and more. Beautiful ocean views and whale watching from any room throughout the home. Within a very short walking distance you can experience starfish and other ocean life in its natural habitat amongst the numerous tide pools. My husband and I give it 2 thumbs up as well as our family and friends did when they came to visit. Take a romantic stroll on the beach, fly a kite, walk in the redwoods, visit Undersea World or Trees of Mystery. Our best place to eat is the Beacon Burger in the harbor, they mix up a mean Pink Lady drink and their deep fried burritos are yummy!! In the mood for seafood, our pick is the Chartroom also found in the harbor. Also want to thank the owner and property manager for their kind and helpful assistance in making our vacation a huge success in this beautiful home!!

We had a week long family get together. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The house was everything we expected. The view... Well, it was the best! We cooked in and grilled out: It has all the comforts you need. We could not have picked a better place.

Beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable home. The ocean views are amazing. Loved the short walk to sandy walking beaches and exploring nearby tide pools. Only a short drive to beautiful Redwood forest hiking and walking trails. WE could easily enjoy a week or more here. Our three day visit was too short! If you venture out for lunch don't miss quirky Beacon Burger at the harbor. It isn't fast but it's good. We hope to come back for a longer visit soon. Really enjoyed the amenities of this home.

My husband and our two children 16 and 12 stayed at this spectacular home for the two weeks for Christmas 2009 and New Year's. We had a wonderful time and the house was just lovely and we especially enjoyed having a Christmas Tree waiting for us when we arrived. The storms and the great sunrises and sunsets were unbelieveable. We would definitely come back as the house and location is just great. It's a magical property.

As for our time in Crescent City, we loved the residence, location, atmosphere and weather. The house was very comfortable and the grand children really enjoyed waking grandma and grandpa up in the morning up stairs. All the amenities, TV's, kitchen utensils, appliances, fire places, washer and drier were exceptional. We will be coming back in the spring and will call ahead to schedule.

This location has the most beautiful views of the ocean. The house was gorgeous and everything was there that we needed. It is very peaceful and close to stores, restaurants, etc.
