This three bedroom, two bath vacation property features custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, tile flooring, spacious master suite with access to lakeside covered deck, two wonderful guest rooms, great outdoor deck, and stellar views of Lake LBJ. You definitely won’t feel confined as this property boast 1637 sq. ft. of relaxing interior living space and another 312 sq. ft. of outdoor living for your enjoyment.
This vacation property has been fully furnished with premier furnishings for your pleasure. The master suite offers a king sized bed and luxurious bath. One of the guest rooms, with connecting bath, offers a queen sized bed. The second guest room offers two twin beds. For your entertainment we have a 42” flat screen LCD TV located in the living room and a 32” flat screen LCD TV in the master suite, each with deluxe cable package and DVD/CD players. No need to over pack for this trip as the property has a full sized washer and dryer. Just in case you need to stay connected we have a high speed Internet connection at your disposal.
Horseshoe Bay is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and located within 90 minutes of Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Fredericksburg. Austin is 45 minutes away with live music, great restaurants and abundant shopping. San Antonio is 90 minutes from Horseshoe Bay and offers a variety of restaurants, the famous River Walk, SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Considered the best water park in America; Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels is a short 90 minute drive away. And if you love great German food, Brewery’s and antique shopping; Fredericksburg is 60 minutes away. If you like to tour wineries there are at least 24 within a 90 minute or less drive from Horseshoe Bay. Love to golf but aren’t a member at Horseshoe Bay Resort? There are 7 public golf courses within 20 minutes to Horseshoe Bay.
Horseshoe Bay offers a variety of activities even if you aren’t a member. Lake LBJ is the only constant level lake in the Texas Hill Country and has open water boating, jet-skiing, tubing and fishing. Don’t own a boat or Jet-Ski? Lake LBJ Marina & Yacht Club offers boat and jet-ski rentals and has a small water park for kids and adults. This unit which is located in The Waters offers a private swimming pool, boardwalk area with covered sitting areas, grills, a private beach and day docks. Within a 7 minute drive of Horseshoe Bay is Marble Falls, which offers shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and numerous other activities.

We enjoyed our weeks stay at The Waters for our family reunion. The unit is very roomy and the six of us did not feel at all in each others space. The condo is clean and very adequately furnished. The kitchen doesn't have too many dishes and utensiles to do major meals, but you can make out. It is situated on the second floor, but is actually on the third level because of the parking on the first level below the building. Parking is great to keep your car out of hot sun in summer. The unit is managed by a local Realtor and their people are very helpful and on 24 hr. call. There is day docking for your boat at your door and the pool is just across the street, as well as a nice restaurant.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
