A cozy split level A frame beach (bird) beach house. Master bedroom upstairs, sofa sleeper living room, full kitchen, dining area with table, bar, entertainment, large sundeck, roofed front balcony with patio furniture and gas grill. Downstairs bedroom has a mini kitchen: mini frig, microwave, hot plate, and toaster oven. 2 queen beds, TV/entertainment system, patio area outside. Washer and dryer is in the garage.
The Bird House is nestled between the Blue Marlin grocery store and fine dining establishments. It's a short walk to the beach. You can watch the fireworks every Friday night from the front balcony.
