Brand new house with Italian Tuscan style, custom designed and build by the world famous artist Maher Morcos. The kitchen has a 19 foot vaulted ceiling with custom hand made cabinets, stained glass windows and skylight. This kitchen was made for royalty, with all granite counters, European fixtures, Viking Range, wine cooler, dumb waiter, and a goldfish pond in the dining room.
Outside there are 4 fountains, and 2 outdoor kitchens on separate levels complete with stove, grill, refrigerator, and sink on each. Both have the beautiful ocean view of La Jolla. The house has 2 king size beds and 2 queens , each bedroom has its own complete bath and balcony .
Walking distance to the La Jolla Shores beach and to the heart of La Jolla where all the restaurants,shops and entertainments are , there is a surround sound system all over the house ,a 52" plasma TV in the living room with a DVD player , close to the major HWYS , 12 minutes to the downtown San Diego , 15 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to Mexico
