This property is unbelievable. It sets on top of a hill that overlooks the clear blue waters of Canyon Lake from 3 of the 4 sides. There is plenty of room for a large party and we don't mind if you take more than you can sleep if they don't mind the hardwood floors.
We have a boat if you are familiar with boats. This is optional for a fee but you must have experience with loading, unloading, and operating a boat. We will require a deposit that will be used for any repairs that may be needed after use (boats break).
This house is updated with granite countertops, stainless steel Jennaire appliances, crown molding, hardwood floors, new paint, new roof, new plumbing, electrical, brick and more.
It is a truly amazing site with great views. This is a lake house and we have lake house furniture but it is great for a vacation. We will continue to update and upgrade throughout the years. Please feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email and I will send you some more pics of exactly where you will be staying (beds etc).
The only problems with this house is literally only down the street from 2 boat ramps, about 8 miles from floating the Guadalupe River, about 15 miles from 2 great golf courses, and you lose track of time/reality while you are here. Enjoy.
