Forest Ridge is a private condo association located just one and a half miles from Loon Mountain and bordering White Mountain National forest land. It is located on a mountainside about half mile off Main Street at the end of the town proper in Lincoln.
The condo has three floors (2200 square feet) surrounded by lawn and woods. The middle floor has a living and dining area with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, full bath, and a private den/bedroom with a sleeper. The top floor has a master bedroom and full bath, and second bedroom with a bathroom and shower. The lower level has a large room with a fireplace, one bedroom with a bunkbed and twin bed, and a second bedroom with a bunkbed and toddler bed, and a full bath.
The condo association has a recreation center with indoor pool, outdoor pool (summer of 2008), jacuzzi, steam rooms, outdoor pond, tennis courts, basketball hoop, exercise room, and lounge. Hiking trail is available that leads up to the top of the ridge overlooking mountains and valley. Just down the road 150 yards is the town athletic facilities with baseball diamond, playground, soccer field, and ski slope, etc.
Forest Ridge is a quiet area with each unit separated by forest groves making you feel like you are alone in the woods though only a half mile from everything in town. This is an end unit Condo surrounded by woods on three sides. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a 32 inch Sony Trinitron TV/VCR and second TV with VCR/DVD. It also has a new Yamaha 5.1 stereo system. It includes two queen-size beds, two sets of bunkbeds, twin bed, and toddler bed, as well as sleeper couch in the den and couch in the downstairs playroom. The condo also has a seven foot by 14 foot deck with deck furniture and gas grill. No Smoking. No Pets.
During the summer it is an ideal location for swimming in the beautiful Pemi River, hiking in the White Mountains from the doorstep, and touring so many great vacation sites in Lincoln and all over the White Mountains.

Winter Ski Season(if available): $1600/wk, $1350/5 nts, $750/wknd

We had a great time in this spacious vacation Home. The one and only compliant was the kitchen stove was stuck closed for the week and we where unable to use it. This did not put a damper on our vacation though, we Grilled out alot! Can't wait to stay again next year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is best place to vacation with your family. The condo is so clean and spacious. There is so much to do in the area and at the facility. We would highly recommend this for your next vacation!
