From the initial contact with the owner our experience staying at Casa Karma was truly a magical trip. Celebrating a "big" birthday we were very lucky to have been able to book Casa Karma, we were 12 guests, family and friends. Everybody had the luxury of having their own quarters. The house itself is out of Architectural Digest, elegant, art everywhere, lots of space, practical and of course breathtaking views and location. The kids thought it was very "cool" to go from the beach (quasi private) to the pool and back. Some of us thought we would be doing a lot more activities but found there was no need, the house had plenty to offer especially the incredible food prepared and served by the staff- speaking of which we dare say it was the staff who made the stay so very special, from first thing in the morning untill evening when they would leave. We were pampered to no end especially on my birthday celebration with all four preparing special food and providing with entertaiment. We have travelled extensively and never have we stayed at a place which encompassed everything you would want for a magical vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I can't believe that I am just now getting around to thanking you for an amazing vacation in Puerto Vallarta. As was the case last time we stayed at Casa Karma, the villa is beautiful and the staff amazing!! The food was unbelievable - we ate every meal at the villa. Raul and Raulito were so great to arrange several trips to town for us and even a chartered sailing trip. Everyone in our group had an amazing vacation and I fully expect you'll hear from us again in a year or two for another escape. Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was an absolute DREAM get-away!!!! There had been lots of stress in my life, so i bargained for the entire month of August (early enough that i could do that). From the minute i saw the smiling faces of the staff greeting me at the door, my de-stressing started! Talk about LUXURY! I kept cool by the pool where i enjoyed any snack i could imagine. The food was terrific! The place was perfectly clean. i loved the turn-down service allowing me to climb into clean cool sheets after a lazy day of sitting in the sun. Turned out that this was cheaper and cleaner and cooler and safer than a vacation in the South in the US. I know it was a once in a lifetime experience for me, and it gave me back my life. I stayed here with 3 other couples and it was the most relaxing and perfect vacation. Raul and the staff take care of every need and the property is very nice.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Our love affair with Puerto Vallarta and its beautiful friendly citizens, started 30 years ago when WE were the guests. Then when my husband got into his own business in 1993 and he hit the ground running, we could think of no better way to show appreciation to our friends and loyal customers than to share this little bit of paradise with them. Thus we became the HOSTS. Our trusted personable house-manager, Raul Haro, the man with the infectious personality, has been a friend of ours for 30 years. Long ago we asked him if he would join us if we ever bought a place in PV. He agreed without hesitation and thus began our search....but, we told the realtor, it had to be directly on the beach and within walking distance of the charming el centro. Casa Karma, was love at first sight, pristine, beautifully built and met all of our lofty standards. Our vision was to create the premier property in the 6 bedroom category on the PV beach and we spared no expense in doing so. According to the rave reviews of our returning satisfied customers we have earned that distinction!
Why the Owner Chose South Zone:
Location, location, location! This is directly on the bay, you can walk (or skip which you may feel like doing out of pure joy) all the way to el centro on the beaches. It is the furthest place on the beach where this can happen (after that there is either no beach or only rocky terrain and limited or no access). Also the beach is far enough out that even though Puerto Vallarta beaches are public this one gets minimal traffic, not even the vendors venture over to it. The privacy is there if you want it and you can walk a few a minutes if you wish to be part of the action...There is a charming outdoor restaurant over the rocks adjacent to our place. It is the best of all worlds. You can enjoy pure tranquility aided by the soothing fountains of the interior garden and pond and shut out the noise of the world, sit around the pool being served the best margaritas or any other concoction you can conjure, or you can hop in a taxi (there is a stand very close to our villa) and join the high energy of the beautiful fun-loving people in el centro. The house is designed so that every room of the house has a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunset! The only downside, is that you have to eventually go back home.

People who have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years have claimed that they are now calling Casa Karma home, not only because of the beauty of the place and its immaculate condition (people describe the pool and adjoining jacuzzi as positively pristine, even the most critical guest has yet to find a dust bunny or a cob web ) but mainly because of the level and quality of pampering. Every member of our loving staff loves people and this shows in every way! They bring spoiling to a new level! Need a party at the last minute? No problem...there will be musicians, balloons and party fare that day! To our staff, work is not a job it is a career. Their only goal is to be of service to our fortunate guests. They are our family and anyone coming into our villa becomes family.
In just 3 short years since we became the owners, over 50% of our reservations are for returning guests. If they return at all, it is to Casa Karma. Their team work is second to none and while there are guests in the villa there is no such thing as a day off....Sundays or holidays! Finally, there is the food. Ah the food! Not only is it the most cost effective way to dine, ($12 average per day per person for 3 sumptuous meals) but also it is the most comfortable, nutritious and creative way to dine in all of the city! Our talented chef Goya, is adventurous and welcomes requests and challenges. Even California restaurateurs have deemed our house among the best food in all of Puerto Vallarta.
In short , nothing makes all of us happier than to be considered THE premier property in the 6 bedroom category, in all of Conchas Chinas. This is a recognition our people have earned.
