Upon entering your vacation 3,700 square foot Penthouse, the residence opens into a light and airy floor plan that feels extraordinarily large for a condominium. With 270 degrees views of the jeweled blue Caribbean Sea you will have a hard time leaving. The 40' screened 5th floor terrace views out over the pool, hot-tub and sea while keeping menacing no-see'ums (mosquitoes) at bay. Furniture to seat a party of 8 with formal dinner or friends and guests to settle into their own private lounge area is an option with 2 loveseats, chaises, and a sectional on the terrace.
Being 4 properties down front the Ritz-Carlton means you can walk over for cocktails or water sports as you desire. Our beach is rock-free perfect sand with calm still waters perfect at 80 degrees for babies, elders and teens (365 days a year) *check for hurricane months.
Inside, if you can leave the verandah, is designer furniture with goose filled sofa and chair cushions slip-covered in a soft sea-glass color to compliment the views here, not steal them!
Every room is thoughtfully appointed and ready no matter if you are with or without children. It is comfortable elegance with a conscious effort to look beautiful with a desire to have the guest feel like it is THEIR beach home.
No matter which room you stay in here they all have views and sliding doors onto a patio, which makes it easy to bring guests and family to equally enjoy Cayman's year-round climate and sunshine. ALL rooms have luxurious new Australian top-of-the-line mattresses here. One guest called after renting and asked for all the names of the bedding down to the mattress because she claimed she had never slept so good in her life.
Our meticulously appointed kitchen will bring out the "Rachel Ray" in chefs while fresh local fish is abundant here and our grocery rivals any one in the U.S. Whether you plan to barbeque or prepare a 5-course meal, I believe you will find all you need in our kitchen.

Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach
We have owned in two other sections of beach before here and each had positives. However, when I started coming down alone for a week at a time, and no longer wished to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, but only visit there where I had stayed a couple of times, but chose to rent at The Meridian, I knew it was time to buy and call it my new HOME.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
As said before, I love the privacy of coffee or working on the computer on my private verandah, but also that if I choose, my kids can go out and I am so close to the sea, so I can still watch them. They are teens, so also the fact that they can walk to lots of restaurants, water-sports and hotels for other options make them and me happy. Right in front of our property you can be picked up for scuba, snorkel, parasailing or wakeboarding. We usually move our boat right in front of the property to go out whenever we want.

I have been coming to Cayman for 20 plus years. My husband brought me while we were dating and I instantly feel in love, with him and the island. The island is the friendliest and safest we have ever visited. My children think of it as a second home, and we have brought our friends here to buy as well. Whether you want a fast-paced vacation with plenty to-do or just gaze at perfect calm jeweled turquoise blue water with sugar white sand, you will NOT be disappointed.
