Double crown molding, beautiful hardwood floors, two A/C units for added comfort, brick paved courtyard, private balcony on each level, fabulous views of the bay, custom made window treatments. Park your car in a two-car garage and walk two blocks to the beach. If you like fishing, the pier on the bay is just half of a block away. The famous Boardwalk is at your fingertips. Relax in a spacious whirlpool in the master bathroom or in a custom all marble/ granite shower. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of a fireplace on a rainy night, or just gaze at a magnificent sunset over the bay from your private balcony. This vacation will be so fabulous, we are sure you will be longing to come back.
Den is on the first level with a queen size pull-out sofa for two. It has a full bathroom, oversized closet and a linen closet. Kitchen, powder room, dining room and living room are on the second level. There is another queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Third floor features master suite with a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with full size bed, third bedroom with two twin beds and another guest bathroom. Linens, such as sheets, towels, kitchen towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Also bring your own paper products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc. Comcast digital cable available in living room and master bedroom. Cable hook-up in every room.
All Rentals are subject to 10.5% State and Room Tax. Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday. Mini-Weeks are available, Thursday–Sunday, or Sunday–Thursday. Rentals outside the dates of May 25th-October 3rd are subject to a Minimum Rental Rate of $175 per day. We are happy to grant a 5% discount to all our returning guests. Check-In is at 3:00 PM. For all early check-ins owner’s approval is necessary. Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. For all late check-outs owner’s approval is necessary. Group and Senior Week Rantals are available with liable parent's signature and approval with rates starting at $3,000.00 per week. For all weekly rentals, except for Senoirs, a cleaning fee of $95 is waived. Mini-Week rentals pay the cleaning fee. No Smoking, No Pets, No Beer Kegs, No BBQ Grills of any kind are allowed. No vehicle washing or repair. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the enjoyment of all guests that will be staying with us.

Why the Owner Chose Alexander Townhomes
We have vacationed in Ocean City for over three decades and always owned a place. It is not far from Washington DC Metropolitan Area and it is a nice place to vacation. This unit is one of the most luxurious ones in town and it is in a great location, right downtown, so naturaly, this was the place for me.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Walking to the beach and not having to worry where to find parking is awesome. Being able to see the bay from the balcony has such a calming effect. Music from the boardwalk can be heard in the evening, yet the area is vary quiet. We love to be able to walk to the park, tennis courts, playground. Just watching the draw-bridge in motion and boats sailing through is a nice sight for nature lover.

Ocean City was our number one vacation destination for many years. Being in business of developing, building and renovating homes, it was a natural flow of things that we would develop a property here. When this wonderful downtown location came up we could not let it pass. So we bought it and built eight beautiful townhomes that are currently for rent. Our entire experience was delightful from start to finish. The unit is so very high end, spacious, and perfectly located. I give this unit and these owners the best possible recommendation for your wonderful stay in Ocean City!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
