No children under the age of 7. It has high bank waterfront and many aspects of the interior could be a danger for children to climb on! Please consider this.
Maximum guest limit is 8. There are no exceptions. Sorry.
We also have an adorable kitty that lives at the home. She is an indoor/outdor kitty. She is private but friendly and watches over the home.

Why the Owner Chose Poulsbo
There is no place like the Olympic Peninsula. The wildlife, the water, the sounds, smells...it is all magical. We purchased this property because we had seen nothing like it. It is a true estate property fenced in by a 30 year old ivy covered cinderblock wall and plants growing everywhere. It has complete privacy yet it is close to Seattle. Hop on a bike and ride to town, jump in your boat and head to many marinas for lunch...or ride the ferry to shop or go to dinner in Seattle.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are 20 fruit trees on the property, Eagles that soar as you wake, smells of the ocean, sounds of the sea life and birds. The home is 6800 sq. ft of Modern Pacific NW design. There is a gourmet kitchen/dining that could host 50. It sleeps 8 and possibly many more. There two master suites and a view from every room from this point. Walk five minutes to the private beach with easy access, where you can clam, crab, and discover all types of marine life, on 1.5 acres of fenced paradise. Poulsbo is 15 minutes one direction, Bainbridge is 15 minutes the other.
