We built this home 4 years and it is a treasure that we hope you enjoy. Through many years we have created this property to bring a sense of peace and we hope you enjoy it as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Poulsbo
There is no place like the Olympic Peninsula. The wildlife, the water, the sounds, smells...it is all magical. We purchased this property because we had seen nothing like it. It is a true estate property fenced in by a 30 year old ivy covered cinderblock wall and plants growing everywhere. It has complete privacy yet it is close to Seattle. Hop on a bike and ride to town, jump in your boat and head to many marinas for lunch...or ride the ferry to shop or go to dinner in Seattle.
The Unique Benefits of this Waterfront Home
There are 20 fruit trees on the property, Eagles that soar as you wake, smells of the ocean, sounds of the sea life and birds. All at the same time.....complete tranquility. The home is 6600 sq. ft of Modern Pacific NW design by a local architect on the exterior and the interior a creation of ourselves. There is a gourmet kitchen/dining that could host 50.
