The house boasts a dock and a large wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the view of the lake. Inside, the house boasts a large living room with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fire place (wood). Enjoy the lake view from the living room with brand new furniture while watching the 32” flat screen TV. The house has also a brand new washer / dryer and utility room.
Home is minutes from the Mount Airy Casino Resort, Big Boulder and Lake Harmony, 10 minutes to Pocono Raceway for NASCAR racing lovers, 15 minutes from the Crossing's Outlets, Camelback Water Park and ski area. Conveniently located close to the Wal-Mart Super center, Local restaurants and much more.
Home is in amenity filled community. The community has six lakes and two beaches. The community has a clubhouse with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, arcade room, bar and restaurant with dinner served on weekends. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and lake beaches with lifeguards in the summer. You need to purchase wrist bands for the use of the amenities at the Emerald Lakes Association.
