Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes and beautiful landscaping. Activities available to all ages and perfect for family get-aways.
This Gulf-front, Non-Smoking Condo is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. Kitchen was updated with granite countertops and is equipped with all new major appliances to include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Condominium also has two TV's, DVD, Cable (HBO), and a CD/ipod/mp3 player. Bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and living room has a sofa sleeper. Unit also has two built-in bunkbeds recommended for children only. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Facility offers a coin operated laundry.
This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous onsite amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed crowded beaches of the strip. Why the Owner Chose Gulf Shores Plantation
Beaches were always our passion. We couldn't wait to travel to new tropical settings. The tranquility and beauty always puts us in proper perspective of appreciation for the gifts of nature.
After the first trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, we knew it was a place we wanted to return again and again.
We've love visiting by ourselves, with our family (10 grandchildren) and friends. The beach never disappoints us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The complex has enough amenities that you can stay at condo, relax and eat-in. But the local wildlife, restaurants, actives and nightlife offer some wonderful choices worth seeking out.
We love the Buffett-sound and the southern-country rock. These musical talents are well showcased in Gulf Shores

The first year after taking an early retirement we bought our first Gulf Shores Condo (Our 2/bedrm, listing 23432, is just down the hall) It's always been a peaceful beach get-away. Away from the normal tourist congestion but with numerous actives a short drive away. It seems like every trip we make, we find new Gulf Shore friends in the complex and new places to explore. We had a great time and this condo was one of the reasons! Beautiful setup, especially for the two of us and very easy access to the beach. Very well maintained and furnished with everything needed for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Received very detailed information by e-mail from Gary and Laura prior to our visit. We had stayed in another condo two years previously and were disappointed that we couldn't get that same condo this year. However, once we stayed in this condo we were happy that the other wasn't available. It was much nicer with a direct view of the gulf! Beautiful! The condo was very neat, clean, and updated. It was a real pleasure to stay here. Thanks for renting your condo to us this summer! Hope we can come back! - Anne and Danny

Beautiful condo, everything was even better than described. Transaction with owners was simple. Unit was clean and we loved the view from the balcony.

Laura, We just got home. We had a PERFECT trip. Your condo was just right for the two of us and the oil never materialized. We are So glad we decided to go and just see what happened. The weather was perfect. The beach was clean and it was 85-87* each day. We had to take a detour on the way down (in Tennessee) due to a levi break and we later drove past some devasting flooding. These poor people never had time to move anything. Thanks again for the opportunity to share your condo. It was just Perfect! We ate breakfast and lunch and the balcony each day. The view is great. I hope we can do it again - soon. Thanks again, Jim and Debbie Pleimann
