Located in Pine Knoll Shores, NC, Pine Knoll Townes is an oceanfront condominium complex located on a barrier island between Bogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. PKT 109 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium with views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor deck. Park your vehicle directly in front of the condo entrance. Easy access in and out as there are no stairways to climb or elevators to take to enter the condo. Newly remodeled in Spring of 2008, the first floor includes full kitchen with ceramic tile flooring and hard surface quartz countertops, dinette area, powder room, and carpeted family room with cable TV/DVD player and rear patio. 2nd floor features a master bedroom with king size bed and cable TV.
Second bedroom includes queen bed and twin - sleeps 3. Ceramic tile hall bath with tub/shower. Great ocean views from balcony/deck off master bedroom. Patio includes a dinette set for outside meals. The patio opens to s common courtyard where you can make your way a short distance (40 yards)to the pool and beach access. A large deck above the sand dune is a great place to unwind and enjoy the awesome ocean breezes and afternoon sunset. A great place to view the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean!

Why the Owner Chose Atlantic Beach
Pine Knoll Townes has very unique "easy access" attributes that are not found elsewhere. You literally pull right to the entrance and park directly in front of your respective townhome. There are no steps to climb or elevators to take as you enter the home at ground level. Another major feature that sold us on purchasing here is the rear patio access to a large open grass courtyard and the pool. The configuration provides a safe and secure place for the kids to play. Probably the most important feature was the friendly feeling of the other owners throughout the complex. Pine Knoll Shores is an upscale community and a great place for quiet family vacations. You do not have to worry with the clutter of high rise buildings and commercialization that brings crowds of people. However, there are many local amenities available to give you a variety of interesting things to do in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Some of our favorite activities include visiting the NC Aquarium, surf fishing on the beach, and day trips over to Cape Lookout National Seashore on the outer banks to search for interesting marine life. Also, there are a number of great local seafood restaurants on the Morehead City waterfront or nearby Historic Beaufort that we prefer to frequent when dining out.

We're the Flemings - Mike, Kathryn, Kate and Miles. Kathryn, originally from Annapolis, Maryland spent her summers with her family here at Pine Knoll Townes. The unique attributes w/courtyard access to the beach/ocean is perfect for families with young children! We still vacation annually at her family owned condo, and decided a few years earlier to purchase a second condominium as an investment and to have later for our children. Would highly recommend. Location to the beach is perfect and the condo is great for a small family. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate and fully met my expectations. Very clean and well maintained.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great townhouse/condo in a nice complex, away from the commercial area but still close to restaurants and attractions. Perfect for small families. Also, very nice to deal directly with the owner instead of via a management company.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
