Our villa is conveniently located in Mid Island, Palmetto Dunes Resort, ranked the #1 Family Resort in the continental US,* just a five to eight minute walk to the beach, golf, restaurants, tennis courts, and water activities. Palmetto Dunes is an upscale, gated community featuring 1800 acres of recreational facilities, homes, and villa complexes. There are miles and miles of bike paths. Bring your own or rent from one of the many companies which deliver and pick up the bikes.

There are two queen-size beds in each of the two very large bedrooms, total 4 QUEEN BEDS. Each bedroom has a bath with a separate dressing area. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed for extra sleeping space. The living, dining and kitchen area are open and inviting. A large deck overlooks the lagoon in back where you can enjoy the tranquillity of water and nature. There is a swimming pool onsite.

Only a short stroll or bike ride to three miles of one of the best beaches in the south. Beach access is private, just for Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove, and Disney guests. Walk across a picturesque bridge over the canal to Alexander's Restaurant, one of the most popular on the island. Several other restaurants within minutes and five more located in Shelter Cover, just across the Wm. Hilton Parkway. There are over 200 restaurants on the island.

Fazio Golf Course is across the street. Arthur Hills and the newly renovated Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses are just a few minutes away. Boat and bike rental are available just across the canal. Rent a canoe or kayak and float down the 11 mile canal system. There are miles and miles of bike paths on Hilton Head Island and bikes are allowed on the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Centre Court

Centre Court is so well located. It's close to the beach, has an abundance of biking and walking trails, is close to shopping and some excellent restaurants. The villas are private yet convenient. It's like a little park tucked in by the lagoon. We were looking for good rental property as well as
a vacation spot for us. The large bedrooms with two queens in each fit both needs.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa

I love biking to the beach. It's such a short bike trip then I can either leave my bike at the bike rack or ride on the beach. I also love walking the
foot bridge from Centre Court over to Alexander's restaurant or the convenience store. It is so scenic. I usually stop on the bridge and just take
in the beauty of the lagoon.

Fell in love with Hilton Head Island the first time I went there. We love sharing our villa and the island with our guests. We live in the mountains of North Carolina so it is only 5 hours to the island. Hilton Head has so much to offer that we are never bored when we visit. There's always something to do.

    • This was a fabulous place to stay! Working with Kathy was a pleasure, and our time in the villa was wonderful. You are a five minute walk or a two minute bike ride from the beach, and the bike trails are tremendous. If you have not rented bikes or taking them with you, then you need to do that. We recommend this property without any reservation. You are going to have a great time!
