Our villa is conveniently located in Mid Island, Palmetto Dunes Resort, ranked the #1 Family Resort in the continental US,* just a five to eight minute walk to the beach, golf, restaurants, tennis courts, and water activities. Palmetto Dunes is an upscale, gated community featuring 1800 acres of recreational facilities, homes, and villa complexes. There are miles and miles of bike paths. Bring your own or rent from one of the many companies which deliver and pick up the bikes.
There are two queen-size beds in each of the two very large bedrooms, total 4 QUEEN BEDS. Each bedroom has a bath with a separate dressing area.The living, dining and kitchen area are open and inviting. A large deck overlooks the lagoon in back where you can enjoy the tranquillity of water and nature. There is a swimming pool onsite.
Only a short stroll or bike ride to three miles of one of the best beaches in the south. Beach access is private, just for Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove, and Disney guests. Why the Owner Chose Centre Court
Centre Court is so well located. It's close to the beach, has an abundance of biking and walking trails, is close to shopping and some excellent restaurants. The villas are private yet convenient. It's like a little park tucked in by the lagoon. We were looking for good rental property as well as
a vacation spot for us. The large bedrooms with two queens in each fit both needs.

I love biking to the beach. It's such a short bike trip then I can either leave my bike at the bike rack or ride on the beach. I also love walking the
foot bridge from Centre Court over to Alexander's restaurant or the convenience store. It is so scenic. I usually stop on the bridge and just take
in the beauty of the lagoon.

Fell in love with Hilton Head Island the first time I went there. We love sharing our villa and the island with our guests. We live in the mountains of North Carolina so it is only 5 hours to the island. Hilton Head has so much to offer that we are never bored when we visit. There's always something to do.

What a wonderful week we had in this condo. It was very relaxing and had so many personal touches. We did not want for anything, the unit had all the comforts of home and more! I would definitely rent this one again. We are already looking forward to next years "girls week in HHI". The location of this unit is excellent, just a short walk to the pool and to the beach. The set up with the two queen beds in each of the bedrooms is great. For four years now, we have stayed at Centre Court because of this set up and the location. This one is by far the nicest yet! The only complaint I have is that a week is not long enough to enjoy the condo, pool, beach, great food, shopping and best friends!! You'll love your time here so grab this one fast!! I know you'll enjoy it as much as the girls did.

This is a lovely condo with all the amenities a family needs for comfort and fun. The location in convenient to the beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, etc. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful resort. We have now stayed at five different properties over the past six years and this is our favorite by far. We definitely will inquire about availability for future vacations in HH. The owner was very kind and provided excellent service. We strongly suggest the following restaurants: Marleys - great Happy Hour prices and the goat cheese appetizer in delicious Roastedfish and Cornbread - best fresh fish on the island - reasonably priced - the wait is worth it Eat - chef and owner Robert Irvince from the Food Network - the Tuesday Happy Hour in the lounge is a great buy. Normally my bill would have been $151 but being it was Tuesday it was only $90.00!! Get there early to get a seat at teh bar or in the lounge. Black Marlin - excellent seafood and nice bar - again get ther early

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island. The condo was more than what the photos provided. It was fresh, newly updated, an absolutely wonderful kitchen, and the furnishings were luxurious and well selected. A lot of thought and care went into outfitting the condo, and we arrived to a lot of little touches that left a great first impression. The deck was covered and private, overlooking a small stream with lots of greenery around. It is a very short walk across the parking lot to the very nice private pool for the Centre Court condos. It is a short walk to the beach, or you can drive and park at a designated area that includes restrooms, a snack bar, etc. We will definately come back, and we could not have asked for a better location, place to stay, and overall area for our private wedding on the beach that week. Thanks Kathy for your excellent customer service to all my questions and for providing an excellent property!!

This was our first time using vacation rentals & to be honest I was a little skeptical. I can not tell you how helpful Kathy was, and it helped put my mind at ease. We took our 3 kids and my parents to Hilton head after visiting family in GA. The villa was above & beyond what we expected we felt so at home, and really had one of our most memorable vacations ever. It really is in a beautiful setting and so peaceful! Hilton Head is an amazing place to visit, but finding an affordable place to stay for a whole family for an entire week is near impossible. I'm so thankful we rented and hope to go back someday!

Condo was clean. We were there in June 2010. Couldn't have asked for better weather. Beach was beautiful. It was easy to get around the island and most folks werwe freindly. Most affordable vacation we ve ever taken. Stayed in Destin with same type of facilities, and paisd almost twicw as much. Definitely will return.

We spent a very enjoyable month on Centre Court in Palmetto Dunes. The Summers condo is in a great location that worked well for both my wife and me. She loves the beach and it was a very short walk for her, which I occasionally took, and I love to golf and two of the three golf courses there are within two to five minutes. If you are a tennis player than you could walk to the tennis courts also. The condo was very comfortable and both bedrooms have two queen size beds that were extremely comfortable. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay despite the weather.

What a wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal for the quiet and the easy access to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean. Had all the amenities to make for a great getaway. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and took all of the stress out of the rental process. We will definitely plan to go back.
