The bedrooms face a quiet back yard with birdsong to wake you. You look out into a garden with a fabulous Mulberry tree that ensures privacy and calm in the bustle of the city. There is a patio where you can sit out and enjoy the garden. Listen to the sound of the murmuring fountain over a small fishpond.

All modern conveniences with a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, Central A/C, Radiant heat, Patio- in Historic Brownstone, private entrance, quiet residential street. This Mount Morris Park neighborhood features the Apollo theater, The Studio Museum, Sylvia's and the Lenox Lounge and some of the most beautiful architecture in NYC.   • We needed a place for our son to stay for 4 days while making arrangements for his own place. The owners were wonderful to work with and he found the property very nice. We (his parents) get to NY city often and will opt to stay as well. I would recommend it.

  • This apartment is very clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The owner, Vipin, was extremely helpful and was available for all our needs. The people of Harlem and the street culture there are warm and friendly, contrary to the hustle, bustle and sometimes coldness of Manhattan. Vipin was kind enough to mail me some items I had left in the apt, even though he was on his vacation. With this apt, you will get 4 times the space at half the cost of a hotel. Also, make sure you try "BBQ, Harlem", the food is divine.

  • 5 of us stayed from 8/19 thru 8/21. Much more spacious than I thought, very large and comfortable, also pretty modern - had to have been redone in the last couple of years. Most importantly, the owners are super helpful and friendly. I left my wallet in the apartment, and they mailed it back to me AND didn't even charge me for the shipping! That is true class. Just 3 blocks from a subway. When I come back to NYC, I'll be contacting Vipin and MArgo again.

  • Wow! This apartment is beautiful and VERY QUIET! The bedrooms are in the back and I woke to the sound of birds... A wonderful retreat from the craziness of Manhattan. The owner was very helpful with tips on restaurants and things to do. The location was very convenient with 6! subway lines near by - I always found my way home at night. Thanks for a great vacation! I'll be back!
