We recently returned from spending the month of January in this condo. We were extremely pleased with the decor, special touches and view from the condo. The owners are great. The pictures really do not do justice to how nice it is. Can't wait to return.

If you thinking of renting a condo this one is FANTASTIC. The owner has thought of everything possible to make this vacation stay the best you have ever had. When we go back next year we are going to rent this condo again. I can not stress how awesome this place is. The pictures do not even do it justice. You will be amazed from the time you walk in the door until the day you have to check out. We spent Christmas there and the owner even had put up a Christmas tree for us. We had a full Christmas dinner and everything you could need for cooking is there. We had 2 dinner parties there with at least 25 people on both nights and there was more than enough room. If you like to sit on the balcony and just look out at the ocean this is perfect for you or if you want to go swimming or walk on the beach you are definitely in the right location. The owner had thought of everything for when it is sunny and beach weather or whether it is raining and indoor weather. Just check it out & fall in love with it the way we did and you will be back again - I promise!!!!

We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful condo and were very pleased. We had a Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived that we could enjoy during our stay. We had our 17 month old grandson with us and he loved being able to see the ocean on the huge balcony that also overlooks the heated pool. The kitchen is well furnished and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The added feature of Wii games and a large DVD movie library plus board games was enjoyed by all. The location of this condo because it is a end unit makes the view extra special. We highly recommend this condo and hope to go back again for a visit!

Don't know where to start ! My My this unit is everything and more. It has what ever is needed for your vacation. (Bring Food) What a condo, I know the owners care about their guest. As soon as we entered the unit, my daughter said," CALL TO BOOK FOR NEXT YEAR!" It is decorated so pretty. You think the photos are awesome wait until you see it in person. The property manager is the best !!Thank you owners for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This was a great vacation. One thing, we didn't want to leave. We can't thank you enough.

My family and I stayed at this condo the first 2 weeks of May, 2011. The condo is "top notch" through out, the owner is very congenial, helped us with any concerns and even gave us some local restaurant discount coupons. The photos are very accurate, the facilities and the condo were very clean. I would certainly recommend this condo, particularly for a family vacation.

My family stayed at this property from the last week of December into the 2011 New Year for a week! We were allowed to check in a few hrs early because the condo was ready. Beautiful and clean inside and out!!! Listing very accurate! We were not doing Disney Parks this time around-and the place was perfectly located to do day trips in the area-and have time to realx-and enjoy all the wonderful accomdations in the unit-and on the property! I DEFINITLY would reccomend this to anybody to stay here! This particular unit is perfectly located-and in my opinion, the best and most convenient unit on the property! 5 STARS!? Hope to stay there agian!!!

Fabulous Property!

Our family was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay in this fabulous condo over the Thanksgiving holidays. If you're thinking of Daytona Beach Shores as a destination - you won't find a better property. Great location, quiet and close to all the area has to offer. Our stay was simply a "little slice of heaven" - the condo is beautifully furnished and the views were fantastic (especially the sunrises). Not to mention that the owners have thought of everything - the property comes with every conceivable thing one would need while vacationing at the beach. All you need to bring is your shorts and flip-flops! Trust me when I say, you simply can't go wrong here!

Just what we needed - a wonderful vacation

The first thing on your mind after time away in this wonderful beach condo will be "How soon can we come back". Nothing has been overlooked in the owners making this a truly special place to stay. We've stayed in many upscale resorts through company trips, vacations, etc. This condo/home can not be topped. We loved our time there. We also enjoyed the many amenities - especially the pool, hot tub, sauna and of course the beach. We did have to force ourselves to leave the condo at times. It was just so great to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Wow! What a bueatiful Condo complex. This unit was decorated as if the owners lived their themselves. They spared no expense on the furnishing. The complex is very secure, clean, and welcoming. It is postioned close to all of the beach activities, but also has a secluded private feel. The views are spectacular. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. I actaully meet the owner. What a an awesome guy! He really seemed to care about making sure everything was perfect with my stay!

Paradise in Daytona Beach

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the St. Maarten. The condo is decorated beautifully, a true home away from home. Every possible item that you could imagine was provided. Our children loved having a video library to choose from as well as the Wii to keep them busy in the evenings, while we sat on the picturesque balcony enjoying the ocean breeze! The resort itself is amazing with plenty of space for all. Two pools, plenty of seating and of course quick access to Daytona's famous beach! We look forward to returning again for many years to come and would recommend this property to all our family and friends.

If you want the serene quietness of a private residence without all the "resort" traffic, this is the place for you. The ocean view and breeze are a magnificent bonus to this oceanfront condo experience. The decor is neutral and relaxing, yet elegant. I enjoyed it so much that I would consider purchasing a unit for myself! The Wii was a big hit with all ages and the large screen TV and movies were great for those late night gatherings. Plenty of room, closet space, and ammenities to make the stay perfect. Thank you for sharing your home!
