The house sits on seven acres of land and a panoramic view of Pico, Killington and Mendon Mountains and a pond the can be used for ice skating, and the house utilizes the city sewer.

we rented this house last year and again this year. The reason, a butiful house in excellent condition, neat and as clean as could be. When I called the management the response was quick and helpful. Close to the Killington access road and Rutland makes this an ideal location. We had a great reunion in a butiful house with a fantastic view. I enjoyed wathing the Dear run by the house and over the pond. Looking forward to next year.

My friends and I had a reunion weekend here and had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped with all the necessities. While not on the Killington Access Rd, it was an easy drive to the mountain for those who ski and a short ride to Rutland as well. The owners and property manager were great to deal with and we hope to vacation here again.
