Stroll on a deserted beach with no public access for miles. Park just outside your door, in this gated community. Play tennis in the condo’s courts or enjoy activities for owners only in the beautiful new clubhouse. Or just enjoy soaking up the Florida sun pool side or on the beach. All beach chairs, umbrellas and beach equipment are supplied. Pool side Bar-B-Que is available for grilling. Call your friends up North from the pool or beach, while they freeze and shovel snow.

Kitchen: Eat In kitchen with dish washer, full size refrigerator/freezer, built in microwave, electric glass top stove and oven. Toaster, coffee maker, plates, bowls, pans and all utensils needed for cooking.
Dining room: Large table seats six for dinner, card parties or board games.
Living Room: Reclining chair, with sofa and love seat. TV and stand. Large sliding doors to patio with view of dune and ocean.
Patio: Screened Patio with table and chairs allow you to feel the fresh ocean breezes while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Laundry: Full Size washer and dryer in unit.
Entertainment: Cable TV, with premium channels and DVD/VCR player. Library books in club house. Resident activities in club house

Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: Art and Mary Alston live in Kissimmee, Florida and invite you to spend the winter months in their summer get-a-way. In the summer months they enjoy fishing, boating and beaching with their two daughters and seven grandchildren. They are semi-retired and will personally invite you to the condo and make sure it is in spotless conditions when you arrive.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Pierce:
We believe this is one of the best beaches in Florida. The beach is almost a private beach as there is no public beach access for miles. Only the owner of the condos are on the beach. Art loves to fish and selected this area as the Ft. Pierce inlet gives great access to the ocean. Also the intercostal water way has many great fishing places. This area in not highly developed as there are no timeshares or large hotels on the island. There are many excellent restaurants in the area. The winter live theater season is excellent.
