I've always enjoyed spending some of the winter in Florida to get away from the harsh weather up north. Now, having a family it is a treat for us all and we enjoy this area a lot and are very familiar with it now.

Having been coming to Florida for many years (before and after having a family) we finally purchased a place of our own. The area is great for all ages to enjoy and the heated pool is always a great place to relax. We are very happy with our decision to purchase property here.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Villa
My wife and our daughters love the nearby shopping and attractions when they aren't enjoying the pool or tennis court. I like trying my luck fishing in the many ponds in the community.
