Winter fishing on Clearlake is excellent and many birds spend the winter on Clearlake including Pelicans, Bald Eagles and a variety of Ducks -it's a great time of year for bird-watching from shore or in a kayak. Winter is also a great time to visit Lake County's many wineries.

Private pier and dock to moor boats, swim, fish or just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. For anglers, pier and dock have lighting for night-time use and dock has electric power for charging trolling motor batteries. Protected cove provides shelter from wind and calm water is perfect for water-skiing, tubing, kayaking and fishing.
