Welcome to our beach home. This beautiful townhome features all of the comforts of home with the beach just three miles away. It has been tastefully decorated with the theme of the beach, boardwalk, and family gatherings in mind. Everything from restaurants, shopping, banking and groceries is within a 5 minute walk. This quaint community offers a boat dock and ramp for boats up to about 21’, community pool and clubhouse, quiet streets for bike riding, fishing and crabbing.
In just a short car ride you can visit the local attractions of Rehoboth Beach or Ocean City, Maryland. In Rehoboth you will find numerous outlets (tax free shopping), go-carts, miniature golf, a boulevard of specialty shops and more. In Ocean City you will find offshore fishing, the famous boardwalk, numerous shops and restaurants, miniature golf, go carts and more.
For those who wish to keep their cars parked, we offer the use of out two beach cruisers and three kids’ bicycles for fun around town on two wheels.

We bought in Bethany Beach (Millville) due to its prime location and proximity to the beach. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, emergency medical clinic, pool, community boat ramp and pier. We can get to the beach in just 10 minutes by bicycle!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The most unique benefit of this property are it's endless options of fun. We can go the beach all day and at the end of the day and take a dip in the pool. We can go out into White's creek on our jet skis or boat, crab, fish or just cruise.
