All reservations are subject to SLO County 9% bed tax and 2% tourism tax.
Cleaning/Maintenance Fee: $150
Refundable security deposit is separate from rent and bed/tourism tax.

This was the perfect home for Christmas with family joining us from the East coast. The adults all had their own rooms with private bathroom and the children slept in the upstairs loft. The cousins loved sharing this space. The home was very clean and well maintained. Had a question for the owner upon arrival and they were right there with the answer...very responsive. The pictures can't really describe just how beautiful this location is... absolutely breathtaking to watch the sunset.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I had a small personal wedding on the beach and the reception on the patio and inside. I will never forget how beautiful it was! It even slept all my friends and family was able to stay nearby in the hotels. The upstairs is a great loft with mulitple beds and this house has two huge master bedrooms and another bedroom. But the loft sleeps like 7 plus the rooms.....
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Have rented for the past two years, and are coming back for another year. This house is perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of seating in the living room, as well as a dining table which easily seats 10-12. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The only negative I can say about the house is having to bring our own sheets. This is the only rental I have needed to provide linens. Not convenient for persons unable to bring linens with them. That being said we love the view, the patio, the access to the beach. Recommend it to all.

Even though we live within 30 min. of Cayucos, we've never explored it like we did during our staycation! The accomodations were perfect! Every room had great amenities and most had fabulous views. Loved every day of our trip! Cayucos weather is always changing and we had some beautiful days. Thanks for a rememberable trip!
