Villa Renaissance is an intimate oceanfront resort at the center of twelve miles of powdery sands of Grace Bay Beach, next door to the Regent Village and its brand new collection of shops and restaurants.
At the center of our private resort is a beautiful, nicely landscaped pool with a Jacuzzi and pool side bar. There is also a lighted tennis court, fitness center and spa located near the reception area. More shopping is available across the street at the Saltmills Plaza and there is a variety of great dining within easy walking distance. Taxis and rental cars are abundant for other island exploration. Also within walking distance is a well stocked liquor store and a new gourmet grocery. Our management company has a wonderful staff. Pricing is for two people in this non-smoking unit. An 11% government tax applies. Villa Renaissance is convenience and private luxury with major airline access from the US, UK and Canada.
