Our waterfront home is located on century old historic Sunset Blvd, enjoy peace and tranquility on this lush tropical lined street.
The home is situated on the direct inlet of the Gulf of Mexico with amazing open water views, and is abundant with marine life. You can watch dolphins and manatees from your own dock. With fantastic fishing and boating, this location offers everything from island hopping, deep sea fishing, casino cruises, waterfront dining, shopping, golfing, canoeing, boat and jet ski rentals. Pinellas trails offers 37 miles of uninterrupted walking and biking.
We are located approximately 100 miles to Disney Theme Parks/Universal Studios, Orlando, 30 miles to Busch Gardens, 30 miles to downtown Tampa, 20 miles to Clearwater/St. Pete's Beach, 10 miles to Tarpon Springs sponge docks, 3 miles to Gulf view Mall.

We spent several years searching for the perfect waterfront property with true wide open water views and conveniently located. It is the first time a home has gone up for sale on our street in over a decade. We were truly fortunate to come across this property, it will be a property our grandchildren will enjoy some day.

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful waterfront property. This unique home was purchased in February 2009 and has undergone extensive renovations including all new furnishings. This home is kept in impeccable condition and has never been offered for rent before. It is situated next door to where Johnny Cash resided for many years. Our home was originally built by Mrs. Carter (June's mother) for one of her daughters.
