Walk through front door and you have a magnificant view overlooking the Sea of Cortez! This property is furnished with high end furnishings and amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances also included; coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, pots and pans all dishes, glassware and more. Linens and towels provided. Satellite/Movie Channels/Free unlimited calls to USA/Wireless Internet/mexican phone line for local calls. Wood fireplace for those cool evenings in the fall. Sleeps 6. 3 Bedrooms each bedroom has its own bath.

Great snorkeling, kayaking and swimming right at our beach. Many small lagoons form during low tide, great for children to explore and swim. We stayed at SeaView for a week in November. Great experience. The place was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Also location is fantastic. Good view of the sea from the living room and patios. Our dogs loved running the beaches, which by the way are beautiful. The property definitely shows pride of ownership and was as represented in the listing. We definitely would come back again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

WOW !!! My wife and I have been going to Rocky Point for over 20 Years. We have stayed in numerous homes from Sandy Beach to the Mayan Palace. This home feels like home. All the amenities you can imagine. Great ocean views, just steps from the beach. We have stayed here numerous times and will always come back to this magnificent home. My "Thanks" to the wonderful owners !!!!

My husband and I have stayed in this home many times - it is indeed a home away from home. Beautifully furnished and most comfortable. Gorgeous sea views. Very quiet location, and close to town. The home has everything you could possibly need and then some! Look no further ... this is the place!
