In addition, there is a very spacious lanai (screened porch area) facing a dedicated preserve area so you are not looking into anyone else's residence. if you value privacy, you will enjoy this location. The name of the community is Bella Trae, it is located in Champions Gate, Exit 58 off I-4 and just 10 minutes to Disney World and the theme parks.
To get to Universal and Islands of Adventure, add another 10 minutes to your drive. Bella Trae offers a huge, tropical style swimming pool and spa, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. The development of Bella Trae is adjacent to the world-class resort hotel known as Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate. Here are two championship public golf courses, designed by Greg Norman, a bar and restaurant, along with David Leadbetter's home golf academy. The residence sleeps 6 very comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed. the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. And the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room that seats 6 comfortably. No smoking is allowed inside the residence and no pets are allowed. We prefer a rental of 2-7 months. This residence is for a respectful family, who will take care of it as if it were their own property.
