Compass Point is a gated gulf front community surrounded by pristine sand dunes, coastal lakes and a mile of sugary white sands in Watersound Beach.
This unit is located on the fourth floor of Compass Point 1. Once you enter this 1,818 square foot condo you will be transformed into a state of relaxation and amazement. The gulf views are absolutely breathtaking you will never want to leave. The décor is filled with warm earth tones and the artwork is unique and fitting for this beach getaway. From the hardwood floors to the lovely décor you will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door.
The kitchen is equipped with all that you will need with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and a unique turquoise tile backsplash. Has a breakfast island which has 4 bar stools and a dining area has a long wooden table with 6 large brown wicker chairs.
The living room has no walls, it has floor to ceiling windows with the most amazing views you will ever see. This is definitely the best spot in the whole place. The décor is very fitting with crème colored sofas with soft blue and yellow throw pillows.
Every bedroom has views of the gulf and natural dunes. The Master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV, French door that leads to balcony and let’s not forget the amazing views. The bedroom is decorated with chocolate brown tones with unique pieces of coral on the wall. This bedroom has a great master bath with stand in shower, double vanities and a tub to soak in after the day is over.
The second bedroom has a queen bed it is decorated with soft blue and orange colors with great views and a sitting area and French door that leads to balcony. This bedroom has a small sharp LCD TV and a shared bathroom with a stand in shower.
The third bedroom is the bunk room perfect for the kids. There are two sets of bunks with a paisley pattern theme it has a separate bathroom also with paisley pattern.
This condo is truly a gem, you will never want to leave. Has two separate balcony areas one with lounge chairs and the other with sitting chairs perfect for watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets.
You are just a short stroll to the community pool area which has an enclosed lounge area and the Dunesider Café. The walk to the beautiful Emerald coast is just 270 yards about a 3 minute walk to the beach.
If you want the privileges to the Watersound Beach Club there will be an additional fee of $150 plus tax. This complex has an underground parking garage for 1 vehicle and additional parking in the parking lot. Compass Point has an elevator and luggage cart near it to make the trip to the unit a little easier.
For those are new to the area of 30A there is so much to do here. The lovely Seaside community is just 5 minutes west of Watersound where you can enjoy concerts in the park on Wednesday nights and movies in the park on Fridays. Seaside has a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants, boutiques and much more. If you go 5 minutes east of Watersound you will be in Rosemary Beach they also have concerts during the week, restaurants, boutiques and much more. Destin is about 30 minutes west of Watersound and Panama City Beach is 25 minutes east.
