Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath, 4th floor condo in Elevator building with Dining room and washer dryer in the unit. Only 36 units in the building located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and right on the inter-coastal. Lots of dolphins and boats on the water make it a perfect location to sit and enjoy the scenery.
For those that don't drive, the condo is located about 35-40 minutes from Tampa airport where the "Super Shuttle" (for a price), will bring you right to the front door and pick you up when you are ready to fly home. Once there, there is a Trolley that stops right by the condo and can get you to shopping restaurants etc. Weekly and monthly passes can be bought on line or once you arrive.
