Just a few thoughts regarding our stay at your condo...we loved the condo! Loved sitting out on the balcony with our coffee...exactly like photos. the condo is nice,clean, very pleasantly decorated, the views, the beach, so nice. Pool clean and inviting. The beds are so very comfortable, the linens are very plush, the appliances are just right, coffee pot made great coffee, etc. TV's in every room! Washer/dryer new! trash disposal chutes very convienent. The small issues that we found you responded to immediately, with quick resolution, this was so nice! (Internet connection down, tech fixed it, and the dirty mattress pad on the fold down couch, housekeeper brought a new one.) A few things that bothered us: The beach area was not safe for children to play in without an adult side by side with child every minute...too much undertow, very strong current. Maybe this was a temporary weather issue we aren't sure. We wish it was calmer but of course, weather is always iffy! I do wish that instructions were left for the parking pass to make sure to fill in the blanks as I did not fill out the parking pass blank lines, I just put it in the car...but got a "VIOLATION" put on car by security to fill in the lines...this was a little off-putting to me, I thought gee, that was rather harsh. Then the children left their sandpails outside the door and we got a second "VIOLATION". We would have gladly complied with these rules had we realized that this was a no-no. Maybe these rules were posted but we didn't see them. Grills for bbq, not shaded in any way, would have been a nice addition...otherwise a very nice stay.

My family and I stayed in this condo just last week and the condo was beautiful! The view from the balcony was wonderful! We had a great time! The beds were comfortable. The condo was very neat and clean. I had to call Pam about 50 times with questions about internet and how to work the shower in the master bath and she was so nice to me and answered all my questions immediately. Pam is a great person to work with. She even took into consideration that we could not get in the ocean because of the oil spill and reduced the rate for us. We will be staying there again and again! We stayed in this unit at Tradewinds through Jan and Feb in 2010. Everything in this unit is top drawer from the quality of the linens, the top of the line TV's, to the little extras like a few best seller books. On top of this the owner was prompt in answering any and all questions, either by phone or on-line. It was a wonderful time and we would give this unit 6 stars if we could.

Just before the oil

We had a great time and the condo was very good for us. We had only minor problems ( laundry in the dryer when we arrived, towels had been put away damp) but the view is great, the beach was OUTSTANDING and good food was only a short distance away. The owner was willing to work with us about the potentional oil spill and the neighborhood was quiet after dark. Our best meal was at The Original Oyster House.

Owner response:Sorry about the towel situation. We do provide more than ample amounts of towels (18). Some units provide one per person and clean up is easier and quicker. I will speak with the housekeeper, but glad you had a great stay! Pam Kieffer

This was our second time, May 1009, to stay at the 101 Tradewinds Condo and found it just as wonderful as our first trip in 2008. The view is fantastic and the customer service from the owners was great. We will definitely go again.

What a beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Located at just the right place and so easily accessible on the 2nd floor. Stayed with my wife and 3 small boys ages 10 months to 6 yrs old. They had a great time and loved the bunk beds. Great balcony for evenings after the kids were in bed. Thanks for having such a fine place.. Dennis

Nice condo

We loved our stay in this condominium. It was a great location and the property was nicely decorated and well maintained. On the negative side, the queen size bed was the noisiest bed I have ever slept on. My husband and I had that room and everytime he moved or got up, the bed made so much noise it woke me up. The owners seriously need to replace those mattresses. I would have liked to have had a dining table in the condo so we could sit at it and play games or eat. There is a table on the very nice balcony but it was too cold to use it. There was water in the fridge and condiments for our use in the kitchen. The owner provided us with excellent customer service. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants and we really liked the way it looked out over the pool. We really enjoyed out stay but would hesitate at renting this condo again because of the above reasons.

Owner response:Thanks for your comments. We have since replaced the queen bed with a memory foam mattress and it's very comfortable. We also added a drop leaf table for 4 in the living area. Pam Kieffer

Thank you so much for making our stay at the beach so pleasurable. Your condo is absolutely beautiful (even prettier than the pictures if that's possible). The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo was so spacious. We will definitely recommend your place to all of our friends and family. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent. Perfect view. Luxury feel. Will stay again. Lisa and Vince are a treat to work with. Condo complex is family oriented. Plenty of space at pool and beach. We hope to make this a yearly trip for our family and extended family.

It was such a pleasure staying in this condo! The view just can't be beat. I was also impressed with how close we were to the water's edge. It was nothing to go back and forth from condo to the beach and that means alot to a mother of two little boys that can't make up their mind where they want to be!! The pool was great, too. It was so clean and warm, great for mornings and evenings when the ocean was a little chilly. Thank you so much Lisa and Vince! We hope to visit you again!

Our family stayed in this beautiful unit June 14-21, 2003. It is in a great location, and the gulf-front view is wonderful. We plan to stay here again in the future.
