Built in 1905, our townhouse has 12' ceilings and beautiful heart pine floors. It is beautifully furnished and uncluttered -- perfect for families with young children like us. But you don't have to have kids to enjoy staying here!
Downstairs are the living room, a full dining room, a half bath and a well equipped kitchen. We like to cook!
Upstairs are two sunny bedrooms and a full bath.
A crib, high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub and baby gate for the stairs are available as well as other kid amenities.

We lived in this house when we were working in Savannah and Hilton Head. Our work took us elsewhere, and we have kept the home because we love spending time here.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Tall ceilings, the warm glow of heart pine floors and beautiful but restrained furnishings create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and make it a pleasure to spend time here. For free entertainment, just step outside and tour the historic district. We're a short walk from just about everything including an ice cream parlor, a historic theater that hosts movie, plays and musical performances, Forsyth Park with its iconic fountain and a children's playground, book stores, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and antiques.

Positive Rating
The trolley tour that picked us up in front of the Cathedral was informative and also convenient in that we could get on and off all day. We enjoyed the Piano Bar near River Street, and we just loved walking around town. We loved the stay so much we would like to just move there now. We can't wait to come back. -Bill and Helen
