Located in PineHill Town homes, this newly refurnished home offers all the amenities and luxuries one would want in their vacation home away from home.
The living room features new Maple Hardwood floors set off with an attractive area rug. The new kitchen offers new appliances as well as cupboards filled with all your cooking and dining needs. Our philosophy in our redecorating is to provide a comfortable, quality environment and nothing says that better than our private dining room that seats 6. We also provide a high top seating option that seats 4 (great place to put the kids while the adults enjoy a more leisurely dinner).
Freshly painted and featuring all new bedroom and living room furniture our guests are made to feel welcomed and comfortable immediately. For cooking options we provide your choice of inside or out with our kitchen equipped with a new electric stove and our deck featuring a gas grill for the BBQ king (or queen) of the family.
No old TV's here. New state-of-the-art LCD flat screens abound and for those who can't live without internet take advantage of our wireless internet service! This is equipped with its own office/study situated in the lower level off of the family room. What's really special about our town home is that there are full bathrooms on each of the three levels. The lower level offers a totally private suite with bedroom, bathroom and family room complete with LCD flat screen TV.
Of course, the laundry features a new washer and dryer and we leave it stocked with detergent for your use.
We've stocked the herbs and spice racks and left a number of condiments for your use. Firewood is available, aged and stacked. We have a property manager who lives right on near the home so if anything comes up that needs immediate attention, you won't have to worry about assistance!
This unit is available 52 weeks a year.
For stays of one week or longer there is no cleaning fee. For stays less than one week there is a $125 cleaning fee.
