Completed in the spring of 2009 the house sits on a 7 acre parcel and provides 250 feet of water frontage. Enjoy the luxury of the mainland and solitude of an island.
The great room has comfortable seating and a 15 foot tall wood burning fireplace. The dining room seats 8 with extra seating at the bar. The front deck offers a gas grill and beautiful views of the lake and mountains beyond. The house sleeps up to 14 and has 4 queen beds and 3 sofas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. 3.5 baths with 2 Jacuzzi tubs and full laundry. The walk out level has a work out bike, ping pong, fooz ball, bumper pool and Dish TV. Gas grill and Dish TV are included.
The 4 slip dock with deep water access can accommodate the largest of boats. A sandy beach, outdoor volleyball, beautiful grassy yard, fire pit and outdoor hot tub give the guest all the tools they need to relax.
