This pristine lake front Cow Island property is located on Lake Winnipesaukee. Surrounded by the Ossipee and Presidental Mountain Ranges, Lake Winnipesaukee offers 75 square mile of boating fun. Completed in the spring of 2009 the house sits on a 7 acre parcel and provides 250 feet of water frontage.
The house sleeps up to 14 and has 4 queen beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. 3.5 baths with 2 Jacuzzi tubs and full laundry. Gas grill, Dish TV are included.
The 4 slip dock with deep water access can accommodate the largest of boats. A sandy beach and beautiful grassy yard along with a fire pit give the guest all the tools to relax.
