Starting with the wide open, panoramic view of the lake and providing all of the comforts of home, this is where you want to be. There is plenty of outside deck space and a screened porch overlooking the lake. The floating dock is great to swim off of or tie up your boat. A free public boat launch is about one mile away or there are boat rental services available. There is less boat traffic on this part of the lake making it more of a private experience. The fishing is great and the serenity is supreme. The mountain views across the lake are unsurpassed in the fall.
Perfect for family vacations, this truly is like being at your home only on Claytor Lake. Central air and heating, warm wood floors, and lots of extra touches completed through recent remodeling assure your comfort (please view the amenities below). Lots of level land at the edge of the lake allow for a playing area, or the nightly campfire complete with ghost stories and roasting hot dogs.
Meeting in the middle from the north and south, we are not too far from the intersection of Interstates I-77 and I-81. And remember us when planning to attend events at Virginia Tech or Radford University. (45 minutes to Virginia Tech)

May 27 - Sep 4, 2012 - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY (Sat-Sat) - $1250/week
For a Virginia Tech home game, a two night minimum stay is required at $325/night

For rentals that fall on the V T Game Dates, the VA Tech rate will apply.

Spent a week in June with my wife, daughter and grandchildren. We had an excellent time! All the ammeities you could want was there. It was a great place for the children to play and swim in the lake. Very private part of the lake. Nice neighborhood. The house was well equipped, beds were comfortable. Aweseome place to take your family! Highly recommend staying here.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family just spent the fourth of July week at this Lake House. The place was excellent; beds were comfortable, place was spotless, elegently decorated; it was obvious the owners cherished their home. The screened porch was my personal favorite; while my wife and daughter prefered to float on the lake. Will definitely return for another week.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
