We stayed three nights here and it could not have been better. The kids swam all day in the cool pool with a waterfall and the tunnel that connected the outside and inside pool together. My youngest liked the merry go round. We all played tennis on the nice courts that no one seemed to use. We played one game of chess with the huge outdoor chess set. And all the while my wife could lounge by the pool, chill in the spa, and even go shopping in Park City 20 minutes away. I brought along a Polaris RZR to explore the hills with the kids and found there is access to over 100 miles of trails right above the resort. Some that are very cool and even get over 10,000 feet without getting out of the RZR. In fact if you don't own your own you can rent them that seat 5 people right at the resort. And the best part is you don't have to trailer. you can ride right from the resort. We played miniture golf (which is free) using the putters from the room. BTW we also added some golf balls to your putter collection for the next guests! Then each evening I had a couple of hours to myself fishing on the Provo river It is less than 10 minutes from the room and has some of the best fishing in the west. What more could you ask for from a location. The room was quiet clean and plenty of room for my family. Parking was perfect right outside the door and the pool was not far. I really just wish we had stayed one more day as there were so many things we still had on our list to go check out. There is a huge crater across the street that has beautiful warm spring water that is crystal clear and I so wanted to check it out. I guess it is a reason to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Your place was in terrific condition, parking was very convenient, and we could not beat the location! We were impressed at how quiet it was inside too. This beats a hotel room every day of the week, and is a great value. We wouldn't hesitate to return - many thanks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My sisters and I are quilters, we wanted to get together for a retreat. Sisters came from CA, ID, AZ and PA. The villa was the best possible location. The scenery was wonderful with the fall colors. The condo was very comfortable and had every amenity we needed. We hope to return very soon. PS Another reviewer mentioned problems with cell phone coverage, but all of our phones worked without problem.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

What a beautiful place. We would reccomend this for a vacation spot to anyone. Spotless.Everyone in restaurants shops whatever couldn't have been nicer.The only regret we have is none of our cell phones worked. Our friends were close by so they would have to drive over to our place for us to make plans for the day.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.
