Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a gated community within a 20 minute drive to SW Florida International Airport. The recently remodeled Club House is the focal point with its Golf Pro Shop, Locker Rooms, Tennis Center, Dining Facilities and Activities. There are 4 swimming pools with spas in the Community as well as an Exercise Facility and Boat launch for canoes and kayaks along the Estero River. The Community sponsors a scheduled Boat Shuttle to the Gulf Beaches. It's the best of it all!

Our unit is east/west facing with lots of southern exposure for bright interior living spaces. Step out on the screened lanai for glorious sunrises. We have fans throughout the unit as well as a front screened door for cross-breezes as well as Central A/C for those warmer Florida days. Robb and Stucky decor is throughout and the unit includes turn-key amenities as well as a 1-car garage. Guests just need to bring their suitcase, golf clubs, tennis rackets and swimsuit. We live in the Rocky Mountain region but we have our roots by the water. After living in South West Florida in the early 1990's, we were drawn back to this paradise by the Gulf for a second home. Estero, Florida was an unknown 10 years ago; however, it has blossomed as a wonderful place to enjoy all the amenities that the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer. We love our "peaks and palms" lifestyle!
