This ocean view newly completed custom beach house was inspired by plantation style beach houses and was completed in 2008. This spacious house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and easily sleeps 8-12 people.
Enjoy amazing sunsets from the ocean view decks or swim in the resort like Pool which features a waterslide or just kickback and relax in the grotto jacuzzi after your day at the beach. Enjoy grilling on the outdoor BBQ under the Cabana with a bar or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim in the pool. After dinner relax in the gorgeous front courtyard that has a cozy fireplace with comfortable outdoor furniture and water fountain.
This house has a huge gourmet kitchen with Carera marble countertops and butlers pantry with plenty of room for company to sit and enjoy watching the gourmet chef at work. The country dining room table can easily hold at least 12 guests and there are big comfortable couches in the living room. The house has high speed internet and Flat Screen TVs.
Community amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, club house, playground, beach volleyball courts, beach BBQ grills and fire pits. It is the perfect house for entertaining your family or guests.

Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
Being one of 3 private beach communities in Southern California we knew we wanted to call this home. We wanted to raise our kids in a community where we could feel safe and secure while our children enjoyed feeling free.
There is no reason for us to travel to Hawaii or some exotic island because we live at what is truly the most beautiful beach in the world all year long. We have traveled all over and once we come home and walk the tree lined village streets of Laguna we feel so incredibly lucky to have built our dream home here and to be living the Laguna Beach lifestyle. Living in a small community where everything centers around the downtown village is so resort like and we love it!
The Unique Benefits at this Large Beach House
During the summer months the kids are involved in Park Night and Movie Nights at our Community Park while the adults have a few hours to themselves to enjoy each other. Sometimes we enjoy a game of beach volleyball as a family or take a paddleboard out and paddle around the bay.
Our backyard is the perfect end or beginning to a beach day and the kids love going down the waterslide or sitting under the waterfall in the grotto jacuzzi. The house is a resort in and of itself.
We have many memories of roasting marshmallows as the sun goes down or finding starfish in the tide pools that surround the 3 arches, hence the name 3 Arch Bay. Don't be surprised if you find amazing shells on an early morning walk along the beach.
During the summer days and evenings we love to take the free trolley into town and enjoy the small boutiques and amazing restaurants that line the village streets or maybe go visit one of the 3 art festivals that run during the summer months and winter break or just catch a flick at the local movie theater.
Our Saturday ritual inlcudes buying locally grown product at the Farmer's Market downtown.
We are surrounded by three 5 star hotels and world class shopping is just a short drive away so when we want a little more it is all there for us, but honestly we rarely leave this jewel of a place called Laguna.

We bought the house in 2003 and after 4 years of planning using a well known local architect took the house down to the studs and built our dream home to accommodate our family which we completed in 2008.
