The cottage is in pristine condition. It is located a short ten minutes from Monterey Airport. We are within Carmel-by-the-Sea. We are two blocks from the nearest restaurant and four blocks to Tiffany's! Perfect for short walks to the town, beaches, and attractions that make Carmel-by-the-Sea one of the best places on Earth.
The cottage is simply elegant. It is held in pristine condition for my family and guests. The kitchen is great for the Chef or just use the Sub Zero for the amazing take-out food that makes Carmel...Carmel.
The cottage has a great garage. Reserved exclusively for all of your sports equipment and travel bags.
We are on an oversized lot that is fully mature and exotically landscaped.
The backyard is perfect for grilling steaks and relaxing among one of the largest rose bushes in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
It is basically a short walk to everything that you could possibly want.
It is the perfect high-end villa for all special events!

Great home and much better than a hotel. Well appointed kitchen with professional appliances. The rooms were all cozy and the property is maintained well. All recently re-done and high end. We came in to the Pebble Beach horse show with our daughters. Great to come "home" after long days to throw something on the grill or grab some carry out and put our feet up. Most importantly the owner was wonderful to work with.... everything from restaurant suggestions to accommodating us on a last minute departure and arrival change request. See you next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This home is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, top notch furnishings, and centrally located. The bedrooms are at the back of the home, with the master suite separated for privacy. Nice garden backyard. We had a family of 3 adults and one toddler and found this home spacious and warm. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas are open and great for spending time together. You can easily walk to downtown Carmel (just up a hilly block or two) from the property to restaurants, a small park, shopping, and the Carmel shuttle. My family stayed here to attend a wedding and my husband easily walked to the Mission (he doesn't have to wear heels, though!). I would recommend this property as a smart option over downtown hotels.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
