This left bank luxurious apartment has been completely renovated by an architect and decorated by a designer; All is brand new; the living area has plenty of light coming from the bow window and the high ceiling; Italian furniture (Cassina couch and coffee table); the dining area separates the living room from the American kitchen;
The master bedroom has air conditioning, cable TV, flat screen, and lots of closets; the master bathroom is full of light and very spacious with a tub and shower, additional separate toilet with sink;

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Gina was extremely helpful, from greeting us with fresh bread, jam and juice to calling for a taxi to take us to the airport on the last day. The apartment was bright and airy and good sized (especially for central Paris). We were able to walk to bakeries and restaurants every day, and we enjoyed eating at "home" several times. All in all, a fantastic stay!

The pictures hardly do this apartment justice, it truly exceeded our expectations. It is clean, spacious, centrally located and everything works. We felt like locals, shopping at the neighborhood market and cooking dinners in. The whole place was recently renovated and the kitchen has all of the modern conveniences you'll need (refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, cook top, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, etc). There is a small dining area in the kitchen that opens to the bright living room. Above is the loft with a skylight and queen size futon which was great for the kids. Down the hall way is a 1/2 bath then the laudry room. The master bedroom is large with plenty of storage and a king size bed. We were able to unpack and put away clothing for 4 people. Beautiful doors that opened to the patio area which could also be used for excellent ventillation. On the colder evenings it is nice the have a heat radiator right in the bedroom with you. The only TV, located in the bedroom, had 100's of channels (several in english) along with pay per view movies and game console for the kids. There is also wireless internet access. The main bathroom has a heated towel rack, vestible sink and a large shower/tub with glass enclosure. It was too cold in the evenings for us to enjoy the wrap around balcony but perhaps next time... Gina, the owner lives next door, met us upon arrival and had the apartment stocked with some of the nice to have basics, juice, milk, coffee, spices for cooking, fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne. The check out process was quick and convenient. Gina knew the local area, as she's lived there for years, and directed us to local Brasseriers, Attractions, Bus Stops and Metro Stations. No need for a car. Everything is within a walking, bus or Metro area. This will be our place of choice during our next visit to Paris.
