There are many Local Wineries, Eateries and Championship Golf Courses at your disposal. Mill Bay Casino is in Manson for those who enjoy gambling, the Casino also has the new Deep Water Amphitheater with an array of Concerts to choose from throughout the seasons. Myself and two friends stayed here this Winter and we had a great time! We came down for Lake Chelan's Winter festival as we have for the past couple of years. This is our favorite time to come to Chelan as there is so much going on. From firework shows to the polar bear plunge, along with the night life, there was a lot to keep us busy. Although this rental was a couple miles from Chelan, it was well worth the short drive. The rental looked practically brand new and was very clean with modern furniture and decor, and it had an amazing view of the lake which was awesome to fall asleep and wake up to. The owner seemed very friendly on the phone and let us know that if we needed anything to give them a call. We will definitely be coming back to this rental next winter as we had nothing but a great experience. Not to mention the price is very reasonable if not lower than many hotels in Chelan that do not compare. Thanks again!

I have had the pleasure of renting this Vacation Rental on numerous occasions. This is my favorite place to stay in Chelan. The home is only a couple of years old and very nicely appointed with new and modern style furnishings. It has all of the comforts of home, which is rare to find, and the location is great! It is just down the road from Blue Berry HIlls Restaurant and near many of the local wineries =) The rental unit has always been very clean and stocked with everything that a person or family would need. The view is unbelievable! The home is in a upscale, nice and quiet neighborhood. I most recenty visited this rental on the weekend of New Years 2012. There are year round activities in the Lake Chelan area so I and my family visit year round! I highly recommend this vacation rental unit to everyone!!

Our stay at this vacation property was great! We checked in and we were immediately impressed how nice and extremely clean everything was. The view of the lake is amazing! Our family settled in for a four night stay, we felt very comfortable, and had all the comforts of home! We can't wait to book a stay again this summer and enjoy all the summer activities.

I have been at this lovely rental several times over the past 2 years and have NEVER been disappointed! My boys and I have stayed at other rentals in this area, and now I won't stay anywhere else. It is very nicely furnished with quality furniture and a modern touch. It has a wonderful, peaceful setting, and the view is amazing! The owners are very easy to work with, and have never been intrusive in any way. I have never had any problems of any sort, which is why I will always be back. I am a VERY happy customer.

Every summer I have stayed at the lake for the past 7 years Clean. We have stayed at various homes in Chelan and Manson. I was unhappy with our stay. The BBQ was a small grill. The TV must have been 10 years old. The owner surprised us by showing up and staying the weekend in the home. We were given the basement for rent. I would have liked to be informed before hand that the top portion of the home was going to be occupied during our stay. Especially if the owners were going to occupy the top floor during our stay. DIssappointed!
Owner response:As an Owner I pride myself in providing a nice, clean, and comfortable place for my Guests to stay. My goal is to provide all of the amenities of home. My Vacation Rental is just over two years old. All of the furnishing are Brand New except for the 57” Big Screen TV. The Big Screen works great and has a good picture but honestly if it makes my Renters happier I would be glad to invest in a New TV. The covered patio area offers all New Patio Furniture as well, including a standard size Weber Gas BBQ, a table and chairs, a picnic table and lounge chairs. All of this overlooks the large grassy area with a volleyball court, and directly faces a breath taking view of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains. The setting is Tranquil! The Vacation Rental Unit is Advertised as a “Ground Level Unit”. It is just shy of 1,300 square feet and is a two bedroom one bath unit. The unit is fully self contained and was designed as a condo unit with a full size kitchen including an island breakfast bar with stools. It also offers a full size washer and dryer for my Renters convenience. The Upper Unit is not rented out as a vacation rental unit. It is my private vacation unit and I am there from time to time enjoy every aspect of it myself. The only thing shared between the two units is the parking area.
