The home features an urban modern flair with fine furnishings and finishes throughout.
The great room has a massive stone fireplace, centered around custom build-ins with southern panoramic ski area views. The Dining Room has the best view is all of Copper Mountain and must be experienced to appreciate! The Views overlook the Ski Area, Sky Chutes as you sit among Heirloom quality built-ins that compliment the open floor plans.
There are Two Master Retreats offering copper, steel and stone fireplaces, dual copper vanities, steam showers, jetted tub and total privacy. The dedicated home theater provides theater lighting, seating for up to 8. The Billiards Room features LCD TV and Full Bar, custom cabinetry throughout, Three Wet Bars, Dedicated Wine Room, 2 Custom Queen over Queen Bunks (Sleeps 8), each bed has its own LCD TV’s with Cable TV, DVD, and Gaming!. 4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1500.00 and will be collected in advance.
The tax rate is 10.06%.
*Daily maid service is available for $75/day + tax. This includes making beds, change of dirty towels and clean of kitchen.

We had such a wonderful Christmas in Copper Mountain 2010! Not only was the warming hut perfect for our group but Tracy and David were excellent help with every detail. The people at Copper Mountain are so friendly and helpful and the snow was awesome. We really loved bringing our families here for a Christmas to remember! Our son even got engaged on the beautiful balcony overlooking the ski slopes. This was the best Christmas present we could ever give to our grown kids and grandchildren. They loved everything!! The ski school and thankfully everything including the flights, snow and car rentals went right on schedule. Do drink lots of water as to not get altitude sickness.!!! God truly blessed our family this Christmas with a wonderful time. Thanks again to Tracy and David for making our stay perfect! Sharorn & Gary & Sue and families!!
